Exchange and Return Policy:

• Exchange and return rights are guaranteed for all our customers and apply to all products available on our store.
• All products listed on our store are eligible for exchange and return under the terms and conditions specified on this page.
• Products can be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and wrapped in the original packaging.
• Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Kindly take a photo of the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number to facilitate the exchange if the product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as agreed.
• A full refund will be issued to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product description on the product page of our website.
• We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the product's use by the customer that are not stated on the product page of our website.
• A 30% deduction or a minimum of 25 dirhams will apply if the customer decides they do not want the product and there is no defect or issue with it.
