When will I receive my order?
It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery personnel. We provide a selection of shipping agents in major cities, and delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 days after the order and confirmation.

Is international delivery available?
Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page, where all serviceable cities are displayed.

For international delivery, you can contact the store team via WhatsApp to provide details about the product weight and pricing through international shipping agents not currently listed in the store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
You should refer to and read the Return Policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of an agreed manufacturing defect, the shipping cost to the company and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. However, the product cost will not be charged to the customer as per the Return Policy.
